Upon expiry of the applicable access period, access to the learning platform and associated resources may cease.
Enterprise licences are governed by separate commercial agreements.
Organisations purchasing enterprise licences agree to:
- ensure learner numbers do not exceed the purchased licence entitlement;
- provide learner details when requested;
- purchase additional licences where required; and
- comply with all applicable licence conditions.
The Education Collective reserves the right to verify licence compliance and suspend or amend access where licence conditions have been breached.
